Garage Games Throws Meet 2022

Come out and throw at the annual Garage Games Throws Comp (formerly the PA PowerFest)! This is one of the most hyped meets you will ever throw at. Shot put is contested at night under the lights and everyone will be amped and launching huge throws. Our premiere flight will feature some of the best throwers in the nation (and world). Anyone at any level can throw, so you don't want to miss out! Even if you aren't going to throw, come out for food and a good time!

Discus: 10:00am at Berks Catholic High School

Shot Put: 3:00pm at Garage Strength Sports Performance (8832 Allentown Pike Reading, PA 19522).

The Elite section of shot put will start at 7:00pm

*Note that times are subject to change due to the number of entries. Please check your email prior to the competition for updates.

Entries will close August 3rd at 11:59pm. You must sign up by purchasing here. NO additional entries will be allowed on the day of the meet!

The meet is USATF sanctioned with certified officials. The results will be posted on Direct Athletics.

*In order to be eligible to compete, after purchase you must download the attached PDF and follow the link to the meet entry form. You must fill out the entry form and sign the USATF waiver in order to compete.

Note that because of the volume of people attending, we will be charging a small parking fee. We encourage you to plan ahead and carpool if able. Thank you
