Are looking for world-class coaching? Do you want to train with some of the best high school and professional throwers in the nation? We are offering our coaching services to throwers who are looking to get a new perspective on their throwing technique, and receive a throwing specific strength workout. We will diagnose your throw and give you actionable cues to work on going forward. In just one training session, we can transform the way you approach your throwing technique and training.
The throwing session will last for 1 hour and you will take between 30-40 throws. There are anywhere from 6-12 throwers training during each session, but you will receive cues and feedback on every throw that you take. You will also have the opportunity to observe how the other throwers are being coached, and learn how elite-level throwers respond to cues and criticism.
Lifting sessions last an hour to an hour and a half on average. You will learn Olympic lifting technique, and will be put through a throws specific strength workout. Get ready to be pushed and challenged not only by your strength levels, but by your mobility and capacity to make technical changes in your lifts as well.
Monday-Friday we offer 2 throwing sessions per day. As apart of the day pass, you may train at both sessions if you wish.
5 Day Pass
The 5 day pass acts as a punch card. After purchasing the pass, you may drop in at our training center to train at anytime until the 5 days are exhausted.

We have an AM and PM training session Mon-Fri, and a single training session on Sundays at 12:00. On occasion we will not have training on certain days due to holidays or if the coaches are away, so please email or call ahead of time if you are planning to make the trip. We still have training even if there is bad weather. If the weather gets too bad to train outside, we will throw into a net indoors.
