Q:
When do the new programs come out?
A:
We release new programs on the 1st of every month
Q:
When should I start the program?
A:
It is best to start the program on either Sunday or Monday, whichever you consider the first of the week. It does not matter if you start one months program in the middle of the month. For example it is fine to start December's program on December 16th. Then start the next program 4 weeks later.
Q:
What if I don't know what a certain exercise is?
A:
There are video links to every exercise in our programs!
Q:
I don't have the implement weight prescribed on the program. What should I do?
A:
First we would encourage you to collect the off-weighted implements as they are essential to getting in quality training. If that is not possible, throw the closest weight you have to the implement prescribed.
