  • Where is the camp located?
    The camp is held at Garage Strength Sports Performance: 8832 Allentown Pike Fleetwood, PA 19522
  • Do you provide housing?
    We do not provide housing for our camps. However, there are affordable hotels within 10-15 minutes of the gym and plenty of AirBnB’s in the area.   • Do you provide meals?
    Athlete’s are responsible for providing their own meals. We encourage you to pack a lunch and other snacks to recover throughout the day. There are places to get take out food within 5-10 minutes of the gym. You will have an hour lunch break every day to eat.
  • What should parents do during the camp?
    Our camp is a time for athlete’s to grow and develop independently from their parents. We ask that parents do not engage with training during the camp. You may watch from the parking lot or explore the area.
  • How long are the days?
    The days will last from 9:30am arrival until 4:00-4:30pm departure. You are free to find something to eat and relax in the evening. Believe us, you will be ready for bed by the end of the day!
  • What if there is bad weather?
    We throw in the rain! Not always... if there are very bad storms we have a place inside where we can throw into a net. However, if there is light rain be prepared to get wet!
  • Should I bring my own implements?
    We have plenty of implements for you to throw. However, if you enjoy throwing your own implements, you are more than welcome to bring them!
  • What else do I need to bring?
    A water bottle (VERY IMPORTANT to stay hydrated) Throwing shoes and lifting shoes (if you have them) Other throwing/lifting gear if you have them (wrist wraps, throwing glove) Packed lunch and snacks Change of clothes and towel (you will get sweaty...) Sunscreen
  • How old do you need to be to enter the camp? What is the typical age?
    All campers must be at least 12 years old. Any age older may come ranging from middle school, high school, college, or post collegiate. We usually have campers from all age groups though high schoolers make up the majority of athletes.
